Rancho Murieta by the area
Rancho Murieta Country Club (1980s to 2010s). The original golf-course homes inside the gates. Mix of single-story and two-story floor plans with masters typically 200 to 320 square feet. Original 1985-to-2000 builds often have travertine and beige porcelain that has dated; the newer 2005-to-2012 phases have higher original finish levels but cabinetry and trim are now 14-to-20 years old.
