SACRAMENTO BATHBathroom Remodeling

HOW WE WORK

Five Steps from First Call to Final Walkthrough.

Every Sacramento Bath project follows the same predictable process. You always know what's next, who to call, and when the next milestone lands.

The Sacramento Bath process

  1. 01

    Free Consultation

We meet at your home, measure your existing bathroom, photograph existing conditions, and walk through what you want. No pressure, no obligation. About 60–90 minutes.

  2. 02

    Design & Material Selection

You receive a written line-item estimate within 5 business days. We curate three material options at three price points, then meet again to make selections — tile, fixtures, glass hardware, vanity, paint.

  3. 03

    Permits & Scheduling

We pull required permits with your local jurisdiction (City of Sacramento, City of Folsom, Sacramento County, Elk Grove, etc.). Long-lead materials are ordered. Your build start date locks.

  4. 04

    Build

One project lead, one crew, one project at a time. Daily site protection (drop cloths, plastic dust barriers, HEPA vacuum). End-of-day cleanup. Photo updates if you're traveling.

  5. 05

    Walkthrough & Warranty

Final inspection cleared. Walkthrough with you, item by item. Written care guide for tile, glass, and fixtures. Five-year workmanship warranty in your hands.

What sets our process apart

Most bathroom remodels in Sacramento County go sideways at the same three points: surprise costs after demo, missing materials when crews are ready, and unclear ownership when something needs a decision. Our process is built specifically to defuse all three.

We measure twice and price honestly. Our quote isn't a sales tool — it's a real number you can plan around. We open up walls visually before quoting (with your permission) on any project where existing conditions are uncertain. That extra 30 minutes saves $3k–$8k of mid-project change orders on average.

We order long-lead materials before demo. Custom glass takes 7–10 days. Vanities take 2–4 weeks. Tile from off-stock collections takes 3–6 weeks. We hold demo until your materials are confirmed in our warehouse, so your bathroom is never sitting half-finished waiting for shipping.

You get one project lead. One person owns your project from first measurement to final walkthrough. They have your phone number, your floor plan, your selections, and your decisions. You never get bounced between subcontractors, salespeople, and office staff.

DURING THE BUILD

What a Sacramento Bath jobsite looks like

  • Daily site protection

Drop cloths in walkways, plastic dust barriers floor-to-ceiling, HEPA vacuum, doorways protected. Your home stays livable.

  • End-of-day cleanup

Tools staged, debris bagged or hauled, vacuum run. You can use the rest of your house every night.

  • Permit-pulled, inspection-cleared

We pull every required permit and clear every inspection. You get inspection-result copies.

  • Photo updates

Traveling during the build? You'll get end-of-day progress photos. Decisions during the day are texted to you for sign-off.

  • No subcontractor confusion

Our crew leads coordinate any specialty trades (electrical, glass, tile). You only ever speak with your project lead.

  • Written change orders

If something changes scope, you get a written change order with cost and timeline impact before work proceeds. Always.
